There are 2 groups of people:

task-oriented or people-oriented

What is our task?

Reaching and touching people
Our task is people

How do we touch people?

Through tasking, activities and fellowships.
We reach people through tasks.

To be task-oriented, we need to be people-oriented
People-oriented person connect through tasks.

they are oxymorons, aren't they
not contradiction

We need to find out and see that both need to be bridge together like point A (task-oriented) to point B (people-oriented)

That understanding connect both.
