Wednesday, 3rd of June 2009,


it was a leadership training for healing ministry,
Peter Truong brought his team consisting of brothers; Daniel, Tony and Joshua.
The attendees are in a number of 20+.
The teaching started with praise and worship session led by Bro Wei Pick.
And then Sis Siew Ling led us to pray in spirit.
After that, Peter Truong gave us a word of encouragement, translated by Daniel.

This was the message:

We need to have faith in the midst of crisis.
Crisis asks for greater faith.
We need to raise in faith.

We refer to Luke 7: 1-10

(1) Do not lose faith.


A commander of many soldiers looks for Jesus to heal his servant.
SA TAN may use discouragement, “ You cannot overcome ” and
paints a negative picture in our mind.
We may then lose confidence in ourselves.
We must reject these voices of our enemies.


(2) Believe in God’s power and authority.


In the story, Jesus said to the centurion that he would go and pray for his servant.
But the centurion said that it was not necessary because he was also a man with authority with people submitting under him.
And Jesus is also under the authority of God.
So there was no need for Jesus to go in person but just said the word and his servant would be healed.
That was his faith in God.
God in his power will save his servant.
Nothing is impossible in God.
God has the authority to help us.

Are we using the authority and power from God?

Let us use this analogy; authority as a car key,
but if keep it in the pocket and not using it, it is in vain.
Put the key into ignition and the engine will run.
Call upon me and I will do many things in your life, as God promises.
Ask God to do something special in your life.
Not just happy with yesterday experiences but
experience God every day through His revelations.

Pray and something good will happen.
In Kuching, healing rally converted 12 visitors out of 20 new attendees.
God’s power is available for all of us!


(3) Word of God showers the seed of faith in God to grow.

Trust in Him!
God’s words never fall in void.
Believe God for results!


Peter Truong reminded us not to focus on the problem when sick people come to our midst: blind, on a wheelchair etc.

Wait upon God for healing; immediate, one week, one month or up to a year.

Conclusion: Raise in faith

We are advised to read the manual on our own.
Only leaders will be taught on the healing course on Thursday.
Holy Spirit inspired Peter Truong and Daniel to prophesy for us.
Everyone of us kneeled and bowed before God.
Each one was given a word of encouragement and prophecy that was so close to the heart and had healing touch.

The prophecy i received was:

Do not be absorbed in busyness,
Seek God, Seek Him first in all things,
God has a purpose in my life,
God will prosper me.

Last Sunday evening, several of us went to the neighbouring houses to give out the Supernatural Healing flyers.

It is an enticing and frightening experience to go out there and promote our event.

We sat in a circle to start our day out .

It was just like this passage in......

Deuteronomy 1:

22 Then all of you came to me and said, "Let us send men ahead to spy out the land for us and bring back a report about the route we are to take and the towns we will come to."
23 The idea seemed good to me; so I selected twelve of you, one man from each tribe.

24 They left and went up into the hill country, and came to the Valley of Eshcol and explored it. 25 Taking with them some of the fruit of the land, they brought it down to us and reported, "It is a good land that the LORD our God is giving us."

At the end of the day, we are so filled with faith and conviction as we proclaimed,

as in......

Numbers 13:

30 One spy, Caleb, dissents and shouts above the others: "Let us by all means go up, ki yachol nuchal lah ("for we shall surely overcome it").

A gentle stir in my heart says, " Infernal Affairs" for quite some time,

i wonder what does it mean?

It is a Hong Kong movie, all right....

There is nothing godly about that.

Then, it keeps coming back.

Finally, I sat before my computer and started blogging.

All right, I clicked on the Bible Gateway and think

then typed, "undercover."

And certainly, it came back, " no found."

I am not going to give up until I get to the bottom of this.

I quiet down.

and so I typed the word, "spy."

And the story starts...............

God told Moses to send men to spy out the land of Canaan.

They were to find out about the land and the people in the land.
He asked them to bring back some of the fruit that was ripe.

The men went into the land and found that it really was a good land.

The grapes were so big that it took two men to carry a cluster of them on a pole between them.

But the people there were very big and tall, and the spies were afraid of them.

They were gone for 40 days.

Ten of the men began to tell about the giants and how fearful they were.

They told of large cities with high walls around them.

"We cannot go into this land," they said.

"We were just like grasshoppers in our own sight, and also in the sight of the people there."

Two men; Caleb and Joshua said,

"Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are able to overcome it."

The Israelites didn't want to go and take Canaan as God had wanted.

God punished them by making them

wander in the desert for 40 years.

They had to wander around one year for every day the spies had been gone.

Of the twelve men, only Joshua and Caleb got to go into Canaan.

If Canaan stands for land of Kuantan,

are we the majority 10 spies or the other 2 spies?

What are our perception of ourselves,

grasshopper or overcomer?

Is 9 years of us here just a beginning of the 40 years trial?

No, it ends when we gain a correct perspective

of us being here.

We are here to claim land of Kuantan as our promised land.

We will conquer.

We will overcome.

Let's end this journey and walk out...............

Supernatural Healing Rally will be the defining moment of the end of .........desert and drought.

AMEN.

friend or fiend

i wonder if we accomplish our objectives of the nite
however, we did gain some connection of friendship

i discover:

(1) how everyone hunger and cautious of a friendship
- wonderful friendship ends in high school
- as we grow older, we are more careful in our selection of friends

(2) everyone's expectation and definition of friend varies
- normal friend / acquaintance
- close friend
- friend that serves a purpose / disposable

(3) to build up the atmosphere of love and unity, we need to be friend first-
i was surprised that this first step of relationship is not even stabilised
we need to bind together up and close

(4) unsettled forgiveness issues - once betrayed, forever remembered
this barricades us from achieving and having meaningful relationships
what a waste - a friendship may be just around the corner and
our fear has cost the very best of us!

(5) for our community to grow, we need to embrace the whole of an individual just as God has
loves us, unconditional love has to be shown not just preached!

(6) we need to be salt and light. (people must have a taste and see )

i see a direction for our church..
i see Hand of God upon us.
Amen..
I need to know God still pours out His Grace on us...

i am a bird

Once....
i went to a conference
organised by Hope

a sister prophesied to me
" i do not know you but i see a bird
flying freely, happily in the sky
Does it mean anything to you? "

i was puzzled, muted and ...?

it was rarely that
i came out for prohecy
i felt that i know what God has for me
i do not need someone to assure me on that



it was out of ordinary,
that day.

that prophesy does not mean
much to me since


then i read a book by Anthony Robbins
inside i read, in a chapter
and i have to rank my priorities on life


and i found out that
financial independence is inferior
compared to freedom

i am a free spirited person.
everything i did was out of
freedom
searching....

find my own way
out of box mentality

i am a bird

that prohecy is realizing


the second time


a pastor prophesied to me

"you are given a gift
of administration
you will see details"


i was .....frozen

i do not want to be seeing details
people of thus
are picky, pin pointing,
full of words but no substance


i am not very enthusiastic


then i went to the second prophecy session
by the same pastor
the same camp

He said, " Your child of God
would like to give thanks
for the prohecy of gifting in
administration."


Ehm... i think i was far from gratitude
but i think i received the affirmation

there was no third attempt.


then it appears....

i was seeing things
further, deeper, more precise


at first, i was hesitant
unwilling to been as a picky or troublesome person

then, i see that it was necessary,

so i went beyond
always careful to be seen as helpful
not burdensome


finally, i am assured
i really can see details
very detailed

i was awe struck


How come?

it was not me.
it was the gifting of God to complete His Church of God.

i will never question any prophecy upon me.

Not Yet!
