this is no ordinary birthday celebration nor preparation.

this is a birthday gift given by God to the celebrated:

Shee Yan, Ryan and Jackie (a brother from KB who is now doing his practical here)

What is the story of "trifle" all about?

This is how it gets started.

A month ago, i asked my sister SY what is the cake she favored for her birthday.

Well, she did requested for ..... (i think fruit cake)

Ehm...i was dazed.

When a request is made, i must be faithful.

The first week of the month of July was supposed to be the monthly birthday party.

But Ryan was outstation.

Something ran on my mind that moment.

i said to myself, " it must be God's will.

i must do something special.

But....next week is SSS, student sunday service.

Then....how? What if clashed? What if.....??? "

Many ideas rushed through my mind.

Then i saw the "trifle" recipe online.

Again, " God's will ."

Then the next step, would be the ingredients, preparation and presentation:

I thought of the cocktail glass champagne in our church.

Ehm.... Then i msn ed with my leader asking for her permission.

Well, i must say it was a grueling experience.

There was actually a long list of procedures i must submit to.

i waited in anticipation as i looked upon the steps (1), (2) and (3).

Finally, request granted. "OK"

3 times in a row, " God's will ."

"If it is your will. Then it will be done."
